Keisuke is a chain of ramen restaurant and specialty for Niku soba. I visited the Jinbocho shop.
The appearance of the shop is like this.
I ordered Niku Soba (soy source soup).
The Noodles are not so thick but not thin, it’ just normal thick.
This is a roast pork. We call this Cha Shu. It is tender and tasted by nice source.
There are 4 condiment on the table and you can use them for seasoning.
Following picture shows, cayenne pepper powder, pepper, curry powder and vinegar. IF you enjoy ramen soup enough, I recommend you to use a small amount of vinegar. I like ramen fast seasoning by vinegar.
